AMI has extensive design, tool building and molding experience to serve a wide variety of industries and to provide cost effective solutions for your business.  Employing the closed mold process called "Prestovac" that is similar to RTM, we produce parts that have a high quality smooth finish both inside and out, and have excellent structural characteristics. 

 

AMI has complete molding and tooling capabilities including the production of:

Jet Ski Prototype.  We produced a deck and hull assembly for a new conceptual design.
Robot Facia.  A production run of parts for an autonomous robot used in hospitals and for automated mail delivery.
Ferry Console.  Custom built for the high speed ferry Sassacus, this large multi-piece control console was custom built and fit by AMI.
Battery Box:  8 Cell battery box for Chrysler
Radomes:  Built to very stringent specifications for density, wall thickness and cosmetics, these radomes are used in marine based radar and satellite applications.
